As the President and CEO of Camden Homes, Dutch Cambruzzi demonstrates a passion and commitment to the entire building process, from the initial design to the magnificent architecture and finished custom luxury home. He has a reputation for being very customer-oriented and has built the company with that philosophy. “Our main objective at Camden Homes is to make absolutely certain that every customer has experienced exceptional service,” said Dutch.
A 1972 graduate of University of Cincinnati, he holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the College of Design, Architecture, Art and Planning. Following graduation, he spent several years honing his professional experience, and then he decided to start his own real estate development and building company, Camden Homes in 1978. During the past 33 years in business, Dutch and his team of experts have oversaw the construction of many luxurious homes worth over one million dollars located in prestigious Greater Cincinnati and Atlanta suburban communities. His firm has also developed many noteworthy subdivisions, office buildings and retail properties.
Dutch has served on numerous boards and committees over the years and is currently active with the University of Cincinnati Business School Real Estate Board. Additionally, he serves as a founding member and past President of the University of Cincinnati’s Department D.A.A.P. Alumni Board; Cincinnati Country Day School fundraising and charity committees and the Cincinnati Home Builders Association, among others.
Dutch also supports a variety of charities and community efforts that include Habitat for Humanity homes, Children’s Hospital and the Indian Hill Historical Society.
Dutch acquired his nickname as a youth in Pennsylvania. He and his wife Dori reside in Indian Hill. Their two children are attending college and have plans for following their father into the real estate development business upon graduation.
