Company History
Our business began in 1978 when Robert A. “Dutch” Cambruzzi decided to start his own real estate development and building company. With a bachelor’s degree from the University of Cincinnati’s College of Design, Architecture, Art and Planning, Dutch founded his business on hard work, forming a hands-on team that oversees every detail of the process.

Throughout more than four decades in business, Dutch and his team of experts have overseen the construction of luxurious homes, many worth over one million dollars, located in prestigious Greater Cincinnati, Ohio and Atlanta, Georgia suburban communities. Camden has also developed noteworthy subdivisions, office buildings and retail properties, all three areas in which the Camden Team further seeks to expand their construction opportunities.
